Our association was invited to participate in an exhibition of scale models, ranging from military vehicles to aviation, ground vehicles, marine vehicles, radio controlled models and others. This was an opportunity to showcase our hobby and reply to questions from the general public.
Held for the first time ever, this free-of-charge exhibition included exhibits from several local clubs and associations – basically the best of the local talent all under one roof at the Laguna Suite, Smart City Malta on 01 & 02 June 2019.
The participating clubs/associations were: Hal Far Model Flying Association, Malta Railway Foundation, SSM, Gozo Scale Modellers Club, AME Club38, Malta Model Aircraft Flying Association, Malta Society of Model Makers and a group of individuals which are not affiliated with any club.
The H.F.M.F.A. Committee wishes to thank the event organisers of the event as well as our members who displayed their models – Daniel Cardona, Charlot Cutajar, Anthony Debono, Mark Farrugia, Darren Micallef, Oliver Micallef, Mark Pavia, Keith Poulton and Leonard Theuma.
